Refund Policy

At Auzron, every solution we provide is custom-built to align with your business needs. Because our work is highly tailored and involves significant time, expertise, and planning, we have the following refund policy:

 

Tailored AI Solutions

  • All payments made toward tailored AI projects are non-refundable once the project has commenced.

  • A full refund may be considered only if cancellation is requested before any discovery, scoping, or development work begins.

  • If we are unable to deliver the agreed solution due to technical or internal constraints on our side, we will assess the situation and may offer a full or partial refund at our discretion.

 

Strategy & Support Sessions

  • One-time sessions (e.g. strategy calls, audits, or technical consultations) are non-refundable once delivered.

  • If a session is missed or not delivered as agreed, please contact us within 7 days to request a resolution or rescheduling.

 

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please email us at contact@auzron.com with your full name, payment date, and a brief reason for your request. All refund requests are reviewed individually and responded to within 3 business days.
