Tailored AI Solutions

All payments made toward tailored AI projects are non-refundable once the project has commenced.

A full refund may be considered only if cancellation is requested before any discovery, scoping, or development work begins.

If we are unable to deliver the agreed solution due to technical or internal constraints on our side, we will assess the situation and may offer a full or partial refund at our discretion.
Strategy & Support Sessions

One-time sessions (e.g. strategy calls, audits, or technical consultations) are non-refundable once delivered.

If a session is missed or not delivered as agreed, please contact us within 7 days to request a resolution or rescheduling.
How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please email us at contact@auzron.com with your full name, payment date, and a brief reason for your request. All refund requests are reviewed individually and responded to within 3 business days.
